History behind the artwork

This piece captures fusion and leaves the regular figure unreadable, inviting the observer

to interpret the total context.

For the author, and some cultures, flowers are synonymous of femininity and eroticism.

Within this drawing, the sweetness of physical contact, is represented with the “Chupamirto” or hummingbird; a very important animal in the indigenous cultures of Latin America, which carries and drinks nectar from flowers.
